If you're having trouble with the display of information, check your settings to make sure they match the following recommendations.

Screen Resolution
The site is best viewed with a screen resolution of 800 x 600.

To change your screen resolution for PC and PC-compatible computers:
Right-click on your desktop (not in an application). Select Properties. Click the Settings tab. In Desktop area, drag the sliders to show more or less on screen.

To change your screen resolution for Macintosh computers:
Select the Apple menu (the Apple logo). Select Control Panels. Select Monitors (Monitors & Sound for OS 8.5). In Resolution, select 800 x 600.

Browser Help
You should be using a PC or a Macintosh computer with Web browser software installed. We designed this site to look best using Microsoft® Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher. If you need to upgrade your browser, follow the link below to get the latest version of the browser.
Get Internet Explorer.

Modems
A higher speed modem transfers information faster from the Internet to your computer. It is recommended that you use at least a 28.8kbps modem. A 56K modem, DSL or ISDN line, or cable modem will provide even faster connections.

RAM
If the site loads slowly on your computer (things take a long time to appear), you may need more RAM or a faster modem. RAM is Random Access Memory. More RAM means that your computer can do more tasks at the same time.
